American Heartbreak Debuts at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart

You may have wondered when Morgan Wallen's Dangerous: The Double Album would be knocked down from the number one spot on the Billboard Top Country Album Chart. Or who would be the artist and what would be the album to reach #1? After all, Morgans' double album debuted at #1 and has held that spot for 59 consecutive weeks, which is the record for most weeks spent at #1 on that chart. The previous record was 50 weeks and it was a tie between Luke Combs' This One's For You and Shania Twain's Come on Over.  

Zach Bryan's American Heartbreak album has officially debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart, replacing Dangerous: The Double Album. This 34-song album is Zach's first-ever recorded studio album. In addition, it is also his first number one on the chart. 

American Heartbreak also debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200 with 71,500k units sold (84.09 million on-demand streams, 6,000 pure sales). Meanwhile, Dangerous: The Double Album landed at #6 for this week (51,500k units sold, 4,168,000 since release). In addition, Zach's new album debuted at #2 on both the Spotify Top Albums Debut USA Chart and the Spotify Top Albums Debut Global Chart.
